Katharine likes to work closely with the couple to ensure that their song choices perfectly reflect the style of wedding that they would like.
Working together, Katharine will suggest a bespoke selection of songs which can include opera and classical favourites, popular romantic ballads and even light jazz.
With many years of experience and classical training, you will have wonderful quality vocals on your big day, whatever style you choose. Katharine’s ability to sing in many styles differentiates her from other wedding singers who usually only have one style. Consequently Katharine’s repertoire is very wide.
Katharine performs with high quality backing tracks, this has the advantage of ensuring a good quality performance and but also allows her to cater for all budgets as there is no need for another musician .
However if you would like Katharine to perform with a pianist, the church organist or with other musicians then that would be possible. If you are having a church wedding then Katharine would suggest using the church organist for the congregational hymns, she is able to lead these if you would like. Please let her know.

Wedding Ceremony Silver
One or two songs during the signing of the register.
Wedding Ceremony Gold
A selection of four songs at different points of the ceremony:
For example; entrance of the bride, a song as part of the service, during the signing of the register or as you leave as Mr. and Mrs.
Wedding Ceremony Platinum
20 minutes of music as guests arrive at the church or venue. A special song or aria on the arrival of the bride.
One or two songs during the signing of the register.
A song as you walk out as Mr and Mrs.
Drinks reception or Wedding Breakfast Package
Music is a great way of setting the mood for your drinks reception or wedding breakfast.
When choosing songs to include in your list, Katharine always try to match this music to your venue. If you are in a grand hall or manor house, then she would suggest that you include a selection of classical music to match your setting. If you’re having a hotel or barn style wedding, then a little light jazz or pop ballads will probably go down well.
Either way, Katharine keeps the volume low enough for people to have a chat but also loud enough to listen to if they run out of conversation !
Katharine would suggest three lots of 20 minutes sets of singing interspersed with prerecorded instrumental background music whilst you enjoy your drinks reception or wedding breakfast.
